Baked Goods are Welcomed
Register at the Clubroom no later than December 6th.
Purchase your Tickets at the Clubroom no later than December 13th.
Sign up sheets will be at the bar.
All Branch members must reserve their tickets between December 1st to December 7th, and pick up their tickets by December 9th. Any tickets being purchased by Branch members for non-members must be paid in full and picked up by that time. Branch members are reminded that a ticket is required for the dinner even though the dinner is free to them.
Non-Branch members may purchase tickets from December 8th to the 13th at the bar. All tickets must be paid in full and picked up by December 13th.
TICKETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR SALE AT THE DOOR, NOR CAN PAID TICKETS BE CLAIMED AT THE DOOR. ALL TICKETS MUST BE CLAIMED BY DECEMBER 13TH. NO EXCEPTIONS.
POST DINNER CHRISTMAS PARTY:
The hall will remained closed to non-diners for the duration of the dinner. It will open to those who wish to attend the post-dinner party and dance at 8:00 PM. There is no admission charge for the post-dinner party.
